Adventure Box
- How long does it take for the Adventure Box to arrive?+
On weekdays, we process your purchase within 48 hours. A mail delivery time of 3 working days in Belgium and 5 working days in France (no shipment at the weekend) should also be taken into account.
Bellewaerde Christmas tickets will be sent immediately by email.
- How long is the pass valid?+
The gift pass is valid from 1 year after the 1st visit. On their first visit to the park, the recipient of the gift must exchange the voucher for a PVC card at the ticket office.
Note: the first visit must take place before 05/05/24. The pass is automatically valid for 1 year from 06/05/24 if the first visit has not yet taken place.
- How long is the ticket valid?+
- The ticket for Bellewaerde Park is valid on any day, from 30/03/24 to 07/07/24, according to the park's opening calendar.
- The ticket for Bellewaerde Aquapark is valid on any day, from 09/12/23 to 31/03/24, according to the park's opening calendar.
A visit to Bellewaerde Aquapark should be booked in advance on the website https://reserveren.bellewaerde.net/.
- Is gift packaging provided?+
Yes, your chosen gift will be sent in special packaging.
- Is the price shown on the pass or tickets?+
No, no price is shown on the gift.
