Special facilities for disabled visitors

Bellewaerde Park for everyone!

Everyone should be able to enjoy a day out at Bellewaerde Park. We try to make the park as accessible as possible for disabled visitors. Here you can see an overview of the special facilities.

Special facilities

  • Parking: Parking spaces for disabled visitors are available by the park entrance. Show your disabled parking badge to one of our parking staff when you arrive.
  • Assistance dogs and guide dogs: Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed at Bellewaerde Park, including in the restaurants and shops. For safety reasons, they are not permitted on the rides.
  • Toilets: Most toilets are adapted for visitors with limited mobility.

Attractions

Safety is our top priority at Bellewaerde Park. Each attraction is different, and each one therefore has different rules about who can ride on it. Wheelchair users must always be able to get out of their wheelchair in order to ride on an attraction.
Our staff are not trained to help people with mobility restrictions get on and off the attractions. This is the responsibility of the accompanying carer.

Keep in mind that these rules are strictly enforced!

Guest Pass

The Guest Pass is a free guide with a priority pass for disabled visitors. To obtain a Guest Pass, at least one of the two visitors – either the disabled visitor or the person accompanying them – must be aged over 18.
You can either download your Guest Pass or collect it from the Information Desk. You will need to show your ID card and a completed and authorised disabled person’s parking badge or EDC card.
